At Powerful Quartz, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping
options while ensuring your order is carefully prepared and delivered on time. Please
review our shipping and return policies before making a purchase.
Shipping Information
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays). - Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Texas.
- We use USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Home Delivery for
secure shipping.
International Orders (UK, Germany, Italy, Australia, Mexico, Colombia)
- Standard International Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on destination
- Orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International, and local carriers
for fast and secure delivery. - Customs processing times may affect delivery estimates.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
- We proudly ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to
customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your country’s
customs authority. - These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Orders (Within the U.S.)
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the
item is:
✔️ Unused and in its original packaging
✔️ In resellable condition
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at support@beatrizsinger.com before sending
your item back.
International Orders – Final Sale
Due to the complexities of international shipping, all international orders are FINAL
SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note the following:
- We do not offer refunds for international orders, including cases where the
customer refuses to pay customs/import duties. - Returns due to incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference cannot be
processed for international customers. - If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect
address, or failure to pick up the package from customs, we are unable to
issue a refund or reship the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (International Orders)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your international order, please email
support@beatrizsinger.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Packaging photos, if applicable
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement (shipping fees may
apply).
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package is delayed, please check with your local post office or
customs office before contacting us. - If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check
with neighbors or building security before reaching out to your local postal
service.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. While we strive to accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once processing has begun.
- For the best chance of cancellation, please reach out within 30 minutes of
placing your order. - If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no
longer be possible.
